includes loan recovery, enforcement of guarantees, foreclosure and other enforcement proceedings such as bankruptcy and winding-up of companies;

Company

includes shareholders, directors and partnership disputes, (including oppression of minority shareholders) winding-up of companies, applying for capital reduction and restraining orders and dealing with other matters arising under the Companies Act;

Employment

includes disputes arising from unlawful termination, constructive dismissal, advising on termination and retrenchment exercise and advising on claims for compensation.
